MEETING MINUTES
Members Present: Dan Coppelman - Chair, Craig Nightingale, Arthur Autorino, Marc Stahl, Dwight Woodson
Members Absent: Arthur Autorino, Richard Dill, Lisa Panaccione, Lee Verrone
Staff Present: Sheila Vanderhoef - Town Administrator, Nan Balmer - Assistant Town Administrator, Elizabeth Lane - Town Counsel, Thomas Wingard - Inspector of Buildings
Chairman Dan Coppelman explained meeting protocols and stated that the meeting was being taped. Mr. Coppelman opened the meeting at 2:28 p.m.
Topic of Discussion was the North Eastham Overlay District Zoning, a copy of which is attached.
A MOTION by Dwight Woodson to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Robert Smith.
In Favor: Coppelman, Nightingale, Smith, Stahl, Woodson
Opposed: None
The VOTE: 5-0
Motion Passed - Unanimous
The meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
